ONLINE LITTLE ATHLETICS REGISTRATION – will be available from 17 August 2020

All children born on or after 1 January 2004 and on or before 31 December 2017 are eligible for Little Athletics membership (aged 3 (or over) and up to the age of 16 years). Those born in 2017 will be eligible for membership on or after their 3rd birthday . All athletes in the Under 12-Under 17 ages groups automatically become members of Athletics NSW. The qualifying date for age groups is calculated as at midnight on the  31 1st December 2020.

e.g if you are 5 on 31st Dec 2020 you will be in the U/6s  (Under 6s)


  1. All registrations are completed online through Little Athletics NSW. Click Here to Register online.  Macquarie Hunter Committee will not be accepting membership payments, so all registration payments need to be made at the time of registration online as Little Athletics NSW will not be providing a facility to pay using other methods.

Proof of age documentation (e.g. birth certificate, passport etc.) is required for new members.

PLEASE NOTE FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: It is therefore recommended that newcomers take up the offer of a two-week trial period on the first 2 nights of competition (T.B.A).

Uniforms will also be available for sale (dependent on availability) soon.

NEW ATHLETES – Please ensure you bring proof of age with you, eg. passport/birth certificate.

FEES – Tiny Tot Registration Fees for the 2020-2021 Season are $130  (must be at least 3 at time of registration).

We are registered to receive the active kids voucher ($100 for each child). This is entered during the online rego process. First, get your voucher codes from Service NSW. See their website for more details: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/. The Voucher will not be able to be applied after registration so make sure this is entered during the online process.


Payment for registration can be made either by credit or debit during online registration.


Little Athletics is a volunteer organisation and we require parents/carers to assist with the running of Friday night competitions as much as is possible. In addition, to help during events for your own dependent’s events,  we will have a parent help roster for set up, pack up & possible BBQ throughout the season. Members of the committee will still be present to help and provide guidance on what is required (more information will be provided at the registration day).

Macquarie Hunter requires every child to be signed in with their Age Manager at the start of competition and signed out when taken home. * IMPORTANT: Please be aware that no child should be left on Friday nights to compete on their own. If a child is found to be left without a parent/carer present at the venue, they will be placed with a committee member until either a parent/guardian can be located, or appropriate authorities called to the venue.

Our first competition night for the 2020-2021 Season will soon be announced. Friday Competition Nights begin at 5.30 pm with a group warm-up lead by our senior athletes, and competition begins at 6pm.
